My, my wife and my daughter’s cases were approved on May 27 per INS Case Status web site.
Here are some details:
Category: EB3
RD/ND: May 8, 2002
1st FP: June 11, 2002
Case transferred to Oklahoma city on July 17, 2003
Case returned to CSC on August 8, 2003 after a letter to Oklahoma office and fax inquiry to CSC
Second FP: May 15, 2004
AD: May 27, 2003
NO RFE.
Applied for 3 AP/EAD, 2 of them approved, one pending.
The above details are the same for my wife and my daughter’s cases
