RFE Recd BY USCIS 1'st June 2004, updated 2nd June
AD : 15th June 2004, just got 8 emails from USCIS.

This forum was great help.

My case was AC21 case, company closed so joinged new company before 180 days , same job title and salary. never filled AC21, filled with RFE, Attorney was expensive but worth having good attorney.


I will pray god, everybody will get approval soon
 
Last 2 yrs Tax papers, Recent Paystubs, EVL, if not working for original company state reason why and submit papers for employers ability to pay(last 3 yrs tax papers).

new Company was started in 2002, so sent 2002,2003 tax papers, Last Qtr's DE6 report, EVL
