Yesterday I was having a cofee and one of my friend came and ask me
what happen to your 485 approval.
He told her friend got RFE and she had filed in Nov.
(PAY STUB, W2).
So I ask him to talk to her and find out wac number
and more details.
And here is the info.
She had given her papers to lawyer for 485 on NOV 6.
And her number is WAC-02-067-
She doesn\'t know when lawyers filed
And she is from China.

Don\'t know how Ins works and how they jump to WAC-02-067
Or China makes difference.

Over a cup of coffee you got only half information. The RFE could be for her AP, EAD which is very normal.

Dont worry INS will not jump to approve I-485.
