Guys..

Finally my case was approved but only part of the joy,since my
(derivative appl) spouse is in still infamous First FP processed
on Feb 01.

Here are my details..

ND/RD - NOV'2001

I FP - Feb'01
II FP - 7 Jan 04
RFE on 24 Jan 04
for usual EVL,paystubs and tax infor
RFE received 11 FEB 04
Approved on Feb 18th

Any ideas of how to enquire about my spouse case ? and what
is my next step after getting my approval letter..

Looks like your spouse file is not in the same folder so do a fax enquiry or call 1-800 # and start working on it.

Now after getting the approval letter in mail take two ADIT photos, passport, AP, EAD and go to your local INS office and get it stamped.

congrates for your approval. Is your spouse wac series is same? even If you call 1 800- they will advise you to wait for some time or contact your congress man/woman or senetor..

Of course I am also in same boat as you,

One weird thing happened yesterday during approval,my wife's AP was previously approved on FEB 7th and it was saying
document mailed but it changed to the following message
as of yesterday

"On February 18, 2004, the document we made based on the approval or registration of this case was mailed directly to the person to whom issued"

Hope this is an Approval ,and just wanted to FYI..
