My case was approved finally. Receieved notice on Jan. 31. Here's some details:

PD: Dec 01, 2000
ND: Nov. 2001
1st FP: Mar, 2002
RFE Received: Nov. 2002
AC21 filed: July 2003
2nd FP: Jan , 2004
Approved: Jan. 2004

Although the second company filed AC21, I don't think INS put it in my folder. My represent name is still my prior lawyer's name.

PLL, RFE received in 2002 or 2003?
if 2003, do u mind telling when was your RFE received by USCIS? if not the date then maybe the week?

Asking since its been over 2 months since my RFE has been received and I haven't heard anything.
