I checked AVM yesterday and it says that an RFE is generated on Aug 7th for my case. There is no change in my wife's case.

So I am assuming it is Employment related. Will post again once I receive it.

Finally received RFE

Finally, the RFE arrived at home today... after being sent to the attorney's wrong address, return to INS and forwarded to me.

RFE Details...

-Employer letter that you are or will be employed permanently full time
- 3 years of W2

Yes, we did.

We also had submitted W2s and Tax filings for 3 years.
