WAC-01 waiting for approval list

I got my FP redone on May 10th, and I just cheked the status on the website, and it says they recd FP info and the application is in the process. God knows, how long would it take for approval?

Only 6 approvals in May vs at least 23 approvals in April for this series. Major slow down...

What have you been doing to make INS work on your case ?
I got an RFE after numerous fax requests from my attorney
and my self. Interestingly for my yesterdays fax request
they sent me a response saying that my ND not beyond
the JIT date.....incompetent idiots working at INS...
 
My case has been approved on 6/26/03. pls update the status.

New Approval on July 5th

Hi all my friends,

All my family got approval today after a long waiting period.

wac-01-137xx

PD: Feb/99
ND: Mar/01
FD: Apr/02
RFE: Feb/03, current paystubs, personal AND company tax record from 1999~current(get from IRS)
RFE Rx:Apr/11/03
approv: 7/2/03

My big mistake is when I changed home address, I forgot to notify INS immediately so I missed the FP Notice. The inquiries were full of painful but believe me, it's useful. This mistake caused me one and half year delay on final approval.

My suggestion is, be patient, believe INS, believe this system which attracts us all together.

I've been a silent reader on this forum and benefit a lot from it. I appreciate so many volunteers here, like Silly Man.

I'll still browse this forum to contribute my experiences and lessons. Thanks all again and believe the future.

PS : I don't know how to report my approval on specific branch, so just post here.
