Hi Everybody it is my turn to spell out the Good News about I-485 approval for both me and my Spouse.
Priority Date - Dec 2000.
Reciept Date - Sep 17 th 2001
Notice Date - Sep 28 th 2001.
FP - 15TH MARCH 2002.
Second FP given by spouse on April 17th.
Case Assigned - June 17th.
Approval date - July 2nd
Talked to IIO for about 4 times in the whole process.
I thank one and all for sharing their experiences and made me aware of the latest developments.
Special thx to Pcee,greaty-k,SOI,wudan and scores of others.
Few Questions:
1. I am presently in another state, can i get it stamped at the local INS center?
2. Do i have to take the original which i am likely to receive from the Attorney for stamping?
3. Can i travel to my home country after stamping without waiting for actual plastic card?
