Please help me to understand where will I be going for PP stamping, I did FP at Oakland.

I think you can goto Oakland or nearest Local INS
 
Congratulations. What is your approval date?

I think you need to go to SFO for stamping (it will be mentioned on your approval notice). I think Oakland has ASC (for FPs) but not local INS (I am not sure about this though!).

My approval date is July 3rd and the AVM changed the same day.

I received my approval notices onJuly 8th, despite having 4th July and weekend in between. The centre is INS SF and will go sometime next week for stamping.
