IIO confirmed that

after she double checked my identity. It was my first call to IIO and the lady who answered me was much nicer than I\'ve heard about IIO\'s. When I asked about my wife\'s and child\'s cases, she wanted talk to them directly to make sure I was not faking her. After talking to my family, she confirmed all cases were assigned to the same officer on 4/15/02.
 
thats good::)..my wac is 293..IIO confirmed my case assigned on 4/10..no news yet
