Still getting the 975-999 AVM. Called IIO and was told the case has not been assigned.

Really frustrated.

The AVM says " 975-999 days".

I spoke to an IIO today and he said it might
take month as they are lloking into 09/01/2001.
Also, my case hasn't been assigned to anyone so far.

AVM still 975-999 days as of last Friday.

I talked to IIO once, that was two months back. Case was not assigned at that time. Today my lawyer told me that she doesn't want to send fax inquiry for me until 30 days after JIT have moved to my ND. Looks like I have to wait for another 1-2 months or so.

Yes, we need more patience, I agree.
I have a case with RD 8/2 and ND 8/27. While the JIT is now 9/1/2001, by the
30-day rule, INS will accept fax inquiry
till around 9/27...So wait at least few
more weeks. Anyway, this is my relief.
