WAC-01-286 case transfer to local INS in North Carolina

Hi,

My WAC-01-286 case, filed in California service center,
was transferred to local Charlottee, NC INS office for
further processing.

Does anyone have the same experience?
How long is the wait to get an interview from Charlotte office?

Thanks.
 
My case was transfered to Charlotte in May 2003, had interview in April 2004. They actually claimed that they lost my file.
