 this one is for his friend from Phoenix whith PD March 2000.
 FP done in mid oct.
 so probably INS is going by PD for May RDs since that is when the dates became current.

this is good news. Can AZ-boy post more details of his friends\' case, please. Maybe this is an age-out case. The previous highest WAC # that got approved was WAC-01-196. This case is WAC-01-233. That is a huge jump. Need more details.

I think we need to be careful considering cases that do not
appear on Ciba\'s list.

I am not casting aspersions on the poster\'s or the posters
friend\'s character. I\'m just saying that people sometimes
get their information wrong. For example the attorney may
have given them the wrong number blah blah.

However, I do hope his information is correct!
