Hi, I am going to stamp my visa to Mexico tomorrow. I have all the required documents. With W2s: I have original W2 of latest year. But I only have photocopy of my previous 2 years. Will that be fine?

I would greatly appreciate any immediate replies, as I am running short on time. Thanks a lot.

A friend of mine, got w-2 from his employer.
Any employer should be able to provide the w-2 for the period you worked for him.

I think it should be ok. I always thought W2 refers to the format rather than piece of paper. When I use a tax software it prints out its own w2 which i sent to IRS. No problem. I still have the original my employer gave me which says "include with tax return".

Thanks you all for your reply.

I have a very clear photocopy of the first 2 W2s (2001/2002) and I have the original of my 3rd W2 (2003). So I am guesisng I should be OK. Thanks again.

Hello Austinite ,
I would be glad if you could post your experience with Laredo consulate. I am also planning to visit during December '04.

Thanks a lot,
