W2 missing

I couldn\'t find my W2 for a year. Do you know of any way to get a copy of W2. I have paystubs for that period will that do, if INS sends a RFE requesting for W2\'s.

your employer can issue you new w-2

You can also call IRS to get a copy of it.

there is a form on the

IRS website that you can fill out and take personally or mail to IRS. It is a very easy process.
