Hi Guys,

i changed my employer in jun 2004.ofcourse he has not paid me that last month i worked for him. now i sent him a mail to sent my W2 form for the period i have worked last yr. hez not responding while others working in that company got their respective w2's.

could anybody let me know how to lodge a complaint with labor department?

Technically he has time till 1-31-2005 to send you the W-2 for 2004. So wait till the 15th of Feb and then call him back or contact him to send your W-2. If he dosent then you can take action. till then even IRS will not help you.
