I called IIO this morning and was told that my 485 was approved on 7/13/2001. Here are my details.
EB2 10/29/98 Country India
RD 11/22/99
ND 12/10/99
FP 3/8/01
No RFE ( although Amended I-140 in EB2 sent by INS on June 28\'2001 for no reason. but who cares about it now
AD 7/13/01
I am relieved that this frustrating waiting of 20 months in I-485 alone (without any clue)is finally over now. I also would like to thank every one who contributed useful info on this forum. This forum has been simply great.
For those who are waiting with ND 12/99,1/00,2/00,3/00 etc. , my guess is that VSC is processing these applications with great urgency in the last couple of weeks. So hang in there. You are almost at the end of the tunnel
