An RFE has been issued to my wife's case on 11/26/02.
My online status has not been changed. But her online
status says RFE issued blah, blah, blah....

What will the potential RFE be, if it is to her case alone?
anybody in the same boat. any info will be appreciated.

thalai it looks like you got approved!!!

In general INS issues RFE(if needed) for dependents only if the primary got approved. Otherwise primary will gets the RFE. It looks like your case is cleared and because of security clearance they did not send the approval letter. My analysis is based on current situation.
