VSC very quiet -- No I140/485 approvals

Last few days nothing has happened at VSC. Is there a training going on over there? or taken off for the long weekend early after approving many cases previous week.....
 
Lets give them some more time to breathe.. I guess they are too tired approving many petitions which they havent done for years together. Hopefully, they are in the holiday mood chilling themselves.

Immigration watch.com is one of the useless sites that I have ever come across. Even after my approval it still stays that its pending, and my probability of getting approved is November 2004 this year.

Should be as simple as filing tax returns

Immigration procedure should be as quick as simple as filing taxes ....they should take suspicious cases for audit rest cases they should move fast.
 
maybe they are allowing other centers to catch up..

TSC looks like is picking speed ( fingers crossed :) ) so VSC is taking a break, like the hare does for the tortoise to catchup... :cool:
 
come on guys give VSC a break. It is has been really long and and cold winter in Northeast this time. They all are savouring the sun and trying to get some TAN. (The subcontinent ppl have natural tan :D except for some parts, so trying to look like them) :D Plus July is usually vacation month.

VSC folks can't wait for that Barbacue for July 4 th and the fire works. so should see some approvals from week july 12 th 16 th .

I guess they might be focussing on H1B Priority processing rush due to July 16th deadline for extensions filing.

i think you meant regarding the stamping issue right??
 
well i don't think that is the reason . it could be that they are concentrating on achieving 20 month target by End of Sep 04.

These approvals could be just testcases for FO memo especially ppl filed in after feb 03.
