VSC/TSC/CSC are all at standstill in I485 processing,

(VSC stays at 10/15/99 for two months!), NSC\'s report is not out yet.
Could this be related with the bad econimics and INS is waiting for some new policy?

This may not be true - As we are seeing a lot of approvals for 11/99 and some 12/99 cases are being looked into
