Hi

My case has been transfered from VSC to TSC. Anybody in the form has any idea to which address should I send my AP forms.

thanks

I am in the same situation. I have seen transfer ppl file in both locations and getting approved. My conundrum is that by filing in VSC, it might get approved sooner but filing in TSC could trigger an approval.

Btw, everything I said above is purely speculative. Wait for a definite reply from someone who has actually filed and got approved since the transfer.

Hi,

My lawyer filed my EAD and AP at VSC at the end of April - after the I-485 was transferred to TSC. At the end of May, both applications were then transferred to TSC, where they have been languishing ever since. So basically, I lost 1 month. It had zero effect on the I-485 application.

Needless to say, I would advice you to file directly with TSC.

While on the subject, for people whose EAD/AP have been approved recently, did you apply in VSC, or directly with TSC?

Thanks,
DG

Apply to VSC

My I-485 got transferred from VSC to TSC on March 7, 2007. Since then I have applied for EAD for myself and ADP for my wife at VSC and both have been successfully approved. My EAD took a little longer than usual (about 1 month) but there were no issues in getting them approved. In fact, my lawyer suggested that I apply at VSC.

If you E-file your application, there is one question about where your I-485 is pending. Based on that they give you the address to send the supporting docs.

Hi Vir_74,

Send it to VSC, i just got renewal approved for EAD and AP couple of days back
, all in 1 month time frame
EAD/AP RD 05/23/2007, ND 05/25/2007
EAD AD 06/21/2007
AP AD 06/25/2007

Good luck, i have no idea abt applying to TSC....
Good Luck

oops one more thing, mine is also an VSC-TSC transferred case,
the rule that i know is , you have to file EAD/Ap From the place where you have filed you i-485 initially, in my case it is VSC.

texas address

HI,

I called my company and they told me to send it to Texas as the applications are currently in Texas. I need the texas address to file AP.

Anybody please provide me with the Texas address to file AP.

thanks

I applied in TSC

Hi,

My I-485 was transfered from VSC to TSC on March 2nd. I applied my EAD renewal to TSC with the transfer notice of 485 attached. I got a receipt notice. My EAD is still pending. My receipt notice is 06/07/2007.

I see some of the people who applied to VSC and got approved in a month. I just have 2 more months for my EAD to expire. So I was wondering if I need apply to VSC too? I am really worried as I might loose my job if I dont have EAD.

Is this right address for sending AC21 for VSC to TSC transferred cases ? Please advise

Which address you send ??? Please let us know .thanks

address to I131

Send the application to where you I485 is pending. I efiled my application. There was this question "Where your I485 application is pending". Since my application is transferred from VSC-TSC, I selected the option as TSC. I got the mailing address for Texas and not the vermont address. I would suggest all to efile the application as it it easy and it populates based on our answers.

thanks

Some one filed in VSC and got approved

Hi,

I saw one more post in this forum where he filed the application at VSC and got approved. So I am really confused here and thinking of sending a second application to VSC. I dont mind spending the extra filing fee if I get my EAD in time.
