VSC to NSC Transfer cases

Folks,

Is there anybody who is been transfered from VSC to NSC. I am one of them and dont see much in this forum though.
Please add to this thread so that we could track the cases.

Mine to got transferred from VSC->NSC based on interfiling request in june 2007 and now pending at NSC.
My signature
LAbore -> 1/2004 EB2
I-140/485 -> 4/2005 pending
based on POJ all checks are cleared waiting for final review.
I-140/485 -> 4/2005 pending
A.D ??????

Mine too..

Currently they are saying its in security check. That too on results of finger prints done this month. I don't know how long they are going to drag this saga.

Same here.... I had my FP2 last month and they say they have not downloaded the finger printing results hence the case is Pending... Not sure what they mean DOWNLOAD FINGER PRINTS????

Case Transferred from VSC to NSC on Mar 7th 2007

Says name check pending

PD Sep2001 RD Sep 2005, Rest all cleared. Code 1 completed July 13th2007
 
Case transferred from VSC to NSC on June 2006.
Called NSC yesterday and a nice lady told that case is in staging area and wait for assigning to an officer.

It appears like we all have very close FP2 dates and more similarities. Infact my original FP2 was scheduled for 7/10/07; but had it early on 06/27/06.
I spoke with NSC Y'day and they told our FP2 results are not yet downloaded. I am surprised its been about a month now and still not downloaded/uploaded? into their system.
Lets keep this thread alive and track our cases.

called again today

Called NSC today again to confirm what I was told from a lady IO yesterday(case is in staging area). This time it was a man and I was told nothing but "your case is pending". Just pending, nothing else. Said he had no access to FP, Name Check status or whatsoever. Just refused to tell me anything. Seemed to recall someone said male IO in NSC is not as nice as lady. Appeared to be true.:mad:
 
I called FBI today to check if they have send my FP results.... they said they send it the same day ie. 06/27/2007.... NSC is not uploading our FP results hence getting delayed...

I've contacted by senator, lets see what he is going to get from USCIS. Hope not the same @rap, saying security check pending. For god sake.. the case is pending for over 4yrs and still they cannot adjudicate ??

approached congress man for 485 pendiung case, they sent the request to NSC and waiting for response.

I spoke to NSC imm officer few times in last 3 weeks, I was told all checks all clear and is in staging and today one lady told me that mine is in additional securtiy check review and refuesed to give more infoemation.

==any one knows what is additional securtiy check review means???
==Every time NSC is giving differnet answers when i call them.
