ND/RD: 3/2000...STILL WAITING (last week I spoke to IIO for the first time and she said I should hear something in 4-6 weeks time frame...)

ND 6/00 waiting.. see my analysis --

india and china can only be max 20000 of eb 485s due to old per country limit of 10000 or so for each.
max eb 485s allowed is 140000; max actual is about 90000.
(before ac21; after ac21 the number is used by india/china)
other countries are about 70000.
so in april/may/june 2000, the folks from other countries would
have been applying as before. so vsc\'s load will be reduced by
about 20%. not much - but still significant.

what do you guys say ??

Could you please let us know what your RFE was for. We are still waiting dude. I am assuming you are the first RFE case for July and hence am very curious.
