vdshri: what's your ND?

Based on cases filed from Mar to Jul, ND should be within 10 days later than RD. ND indicates INS begins working on your case.

I did not receive my receipt yes. A friend of mine has received his receipt yesterday. His details are:

MD: 08/30/2002
RD: 09/03/2002
ND: 09/17/2002.


The receipt notice was for both 140 and 485.


I guess I would get the receipt in another 10 days.

No idea about ND ....

I got my Receipt Number from lawyer yesterday.
I hope I-140 is faster now. I know one of my friend got it in just 6 weeks.
 
I mailed my I-140 on september 11th, its been 14 days now ... no reciept, I notice from the mails above that people have usually got their I-140 reciepts in a day or two from the mailing date. For others it is taking at the most 4-5 days, Is this something I should worry about?

India 1975, what does your lawyer say about this? .. mine seems to think this is normal.

I think it may take another 10 days....Top of that INS is into auditing....so lets keep our fingers crossed.

Mailing date: 9/9/2002
EB2 non-RIR
Receipt date: Waiting

I guess mine was filed at around the same time India 1975's and Savants I-140 was filed.

Guys, please update the forum when you do receive the receipt notice.

140 details

Guys,
I was regular member in MA SESA forum as I was waiting for filing 140/485 I couldn't post any messages on 140 forms. My details are

SD - 09/05/02
RD - 09/09/02
ND - 09/21/02

Hopefully we will get our 140 in 6 weeks like Vdshri's friends but it depends on which service center.
