How long will it usually take to receive an RFE letter ?

AVM says an RFE is issued on 23rd may but i havn\'t received yet.

Just Spoke to an IIO

Just spoke to an IIO regarding my RFE, she said the notice has been mailed to my residence(???????) on May 23rd. I told her i havn\'e received the letter yet. So she said she will request to mail another notice and she read my address to make sure it is correct.
Do they mail the notices to us ?? not the lawyers??

Notice will come to you only if you have no lawyer

Something is wrong here. If you have a lwyer and you did submit G-28 (?) showing he is representing you then all RFE notices will go to him. You do not even get a courtesy copy. So you better check with your lawyer. he can call INS and check with them.

My lawyer did filed my application with G-28, and so far everything was comming through him. I don\'t know why this time? but the officer her self read the address to which it was delivered and it was mine.

I don\'t know what else to do, other than waiting for the second notice.

Hi, did you receive your RFE notice yet? Both of us were issued RFE around the same time
(mine is May 23rd). I didn\'t receive my Notice yet. So can you tell if you have received yours?

Lawyer recieved in 5 days May 28Th,
Replying to RFE Tomorrow.(Before somebody asks me what was RFE about,it was 2 months paycheck, employment letter)

Kalluris, What seems to be your issue ?

Your lawyer should have recieved a copy.

  Be careful INS is very *Careless* while issuing second copy of RFE.
You gotta be real lucky to get 2nd Copy of RFE.

Just Called IIO

Just Called INS. AVM Says a notice has been mailed on 25th June(today)
So i waited to speak with an IIO. This time she told it was mailed to my Attorney(i verified the address with her). I asked her when can i expect approximately. She said in a week. So i am crossing my fingers(doing same from one month)and waiting for the letter.
 
GC_milgayi did you get you approval notice in mail?

I was approved on 6/24 and waiting for notice. Just curious.
