Hi All:

According to phone message, RFE has been sent for my case
on July 25th.

Case Details:

EB2, India
PD: January 21st 1998
RD: 07/08/1999
ND:07/29/1999
EAC-99-229-XXXXX

Also, my EAD renewal with ND: June 16th has been
approved on July 24th according to the phone message.

I will give the rfe details after I receive it.

This morning I spoke to IIO this morning, he was very nice to my surprise, but not useful.
He said that I can expect the approval by DEC-00.
Can you please post your state/place of residence.

Sorry! I forgot the exact FP date, I guess it was some time in
April or May.

But, I am from Virginia and live in Centreville.

I have exactly same dates 7/8/99, 7/29/99. EB3, India, EAC-99-229-xxxxx.
My FP was done on 5/2/00 and processed on the same day by FBI.

Hope to hear from VSC soon.

Can you provide details when you have them?
