How many 98 waiters got RFE and responded and are waiting? Did the automated message change?

VSC sent RFE 6/23, received by lawyer 6/26, Fedex response 6/29. But recording has not acknowledged the receiving of the response.

In my case (RD 10/29/98), the RFE was sent out on 5/18/2000, the response was received and the message changed to "response received" on 6/19/2000, and my case was approved on 6/27/2000.
