VSC: Recent EAD filings - share your stories

Gurus...

I applied my EAD&AP application in VSC and notice date is 11/15/04. I have seen LUD changes for all applications on 11/22 and 11/23. After that there is no update. I'm seeing approvals for many people applied after 11/15. What is happening to my case...? why my case is still pending?

Is any one in similar situation - applied Nov 1st week and waiting for EAD approval? Please share your info..

I applied for my EAD/AP with RD 11/1/2004. There was a LUD change on 11/15 and then on 11/24 I got an RFE on EAD and 11/28 an RFE on AP. Both for clear copies of passport and biographic information. Hope this helps.

EAD filed in Aug 2004

U guys r worried even it is jus a month or so since u have applied for EAd. But in my case i applied for me and my wife on Aug 4 04 and there was a LUD change on Sep 01 04. Later i didnt see any change at all. It is almost 4 months and no news as to our case.

I suppose these INS ppl test our patience. at this instance, we can only pray for the fast approval.

Donot worry, we will get it asap.
