VSC RD 3/5/99 ND3/23/99, Under review? What does this mean?

I talked to an IIO and he said that my case is under review and I should hear in 2 or 3 weeks? I have a question. Does it mean that My case will NOT be tranferred to the local INS. I am from BOSTON. and it sucks to get an interview there.

I got the same response : "Your case is under review and it will take 2 to 3 weeks". I don\'t know what it means. RD : 01/13/99

It means what it says: that someone is most probably looking
at your file.

If I were a betting man, I would put my money on your case
being approved in 2-3 weeks (if not sooner).

Keep an eye out for the postman (or postwoman): sometimes the
approval notice comes before the phone message changes.
My approval notice came last week, and the phone message still
hasn\'t changed...
