VSC Processing Aug 1st , 2000 ND

I talked with an IIO at about 8:45 am (after about 45 min of hold time) and she informed me that they are currently processing August 1st, 2000 ND. My ND is Aug 3rd 2000, she said I should expect a decision in about 30 days.

Other Info : EB2, India, PD 3rd Mar. 1999.

I talked to an IIO about 5 minutes ago. He said I should expect decision in 30 - 60 days. He won\'t tell me if my case is assigned to an officer. He confirmed that they started processing Aug 2000 cases. My ND is 8/23/00.

(#1 of 16) Mine ND is 08/2000. I called VSC this morning. The IIO told me that my case is not assigned to an officer yet. It will take at least 30 days to be assigned.

It looks like u have lots of luck to get the VSC phone line, U had posted one message on June 11 and again today .
But we don’t see any apporvals!!!!!!
As long as the message is true , It’s good that VSC is processing Aug-00 cases.

Mine is same date ND: 08/03/2000, EB2, INIDA. She told me to wait 30 days.

I called INS 3 times during my whole GC process. The reason of my today\'s call is that there is a Aug approval several days back.
