Let us track the cases which are still in pending.
My Case RD 10/10, ND 10/19. AD : Long wait.
 
why RFE ?

Didn\'t you submit the experience letters ? what do they say ? If you could , pls post more detail since I have also applied on EB2 ( BS+5 ). AVM says they issued RFE on 12/12/2001 but the attorney didnt get it so far.

My case just got approval. It took 3 months. Don\'t worry, I think maybe the officer who got your case took vacation this period. It seems yours is similar to mine. If possible, call IIO to try.

Last Friday, I called IIO but he didn\'t tell me anything. I think they have record and at the next work day my case got approval

I140 Details. VSC EB2 -RIR
ND 10/19/2001.
EAC-02-016-50XXX.
I applied I 140 with a copy of LOC (as I lost my original labor along with I140 application while applying at CSC). Yester day AVM got updated as “we got receipt for our request on Jan 8th and because preliminary processing is completed for this case it may take 240 days to send written communication etc”.
My company didn\'t get any RFE and my lawyer interpreted this as INS might have sent my LOC for authentication and might have got reply from them yesterday. I think this is very logical. I just want to update this to you all.
