VSc New processing time

for 485 they are processing 11/15/01 cases now...

11/15/01 is ND for 485 case which were filed in oct. 2001

It says I485 cases receipted on 11/15/01 which is RD not ND. RDMAR02 thanks for the info.

Every month the VSC is processing the applications received in 15 days. Last month it was 10/30/01, now it is 11/15/01. If the trend continues like this, very soon VSC will over take CA or TX processing centers in number of pending applications.

Be patient for worst situation guys.

when INS said receipt date, it really meant "notice date". if you have any approval letter from ins, comparing it with its letter of "notice of action", you will find the receipt date in your approval letter is the same as the notice date in the related letter of "notice of action".

Interesting. I wonder if its really RD or ND being reported for current processing.
