VSC -- Misleading ?

Previously, when they publish/report that they are processing 8/00..it used to mean most of the cases prior to 8/00 were done but off late they are processing sample cases of reported date. Looks like huge number of cases are waiting for decision with ND before 8/00. (including mine ND 3/00 - EB2 --RFE 4/01).
Cant trust the monthly bulletin anymore. Anyway IIO\'s dont have much info. America land of dreams ...wake up!!

You are absolutely right. A friend of mine EB1, ND-Jan/00, FP-Feb/01, No RFE....still hasn\'t been approved while his company has started laying off

My own case EB3, PD-Jan/97, ND-June/00, FP-Nov/00, No RFE... AD-no clue when.

Most of the People are already know how VSC acts, I won\'t be surprised if there are couple of folks from ND in Dec 99 too.

My case is also similar with EB3, PD 10/98, ND 02/00, RFE 04/01 reply recd 04/01. Though I talked to IIO on June 23th, she said that it will take 30 to 45 days. It is almost 1.5 months after RFE, no change, AVM not updated.Sick of slow INS processing.

I still didnot hear any thing from INS, is it backloged on approvals.

How funny...started the thread but fortunately called IIO and she said my case approved. ND 3/00 EB2 --RFE 4/01. Good luck to every one

     ND 10/99
FP 3/3/01 ( First time )
FP 5/9/01 (Second time)
Called IIO on 7/12/01 said it will take around 4-6 weeks.She said they have not received hard copy of finger prints from FBI. while she said they have received computerized copy of FP.Without paper copy your file is incomplete. I really don\'t understand what is this....
Does any one has experiance same problem, please share...Thanks.
