VSC messages updated for RFE response receipt.

Just 1 day after VSC received RFE response they updated the message. Maybe good timing. Of course the regular "180 days to process....blah blah" is present too.

How long it will take to get the RFE? IIO said they mailed out on 5th July. I haven\'t heard anything so far from my lawyer.
Can you please post your details.

It\'s regular mail so depends where you are. In my case RFE was mailed on 29th. Attorney (in NY) received it on 3rd due to weekend. RFE response sent 10th, reached VSC 11th, message changed 12th.
Make sure your attorney calls VSC incase it fails to come next couple of days. Might as well get a new copy mailed out. Good luck.

Crazyboy, In my case my attorney never received the rfe notice (sent out on 6/22) and he has to call them to mail it again. They mailed it again on 7/11. Waiting to receive it.
