VSC Making No Progress on AOS

VSC doesn\'t appear to be making any progress with post 10/15/99 applications for Indians and Chinese. Right now they claim they are adjusting up to 10/15/99 applications. If that\'s the case, then they should be sending out FP notices to applications from India and China that are post-10/15/99. Also, if you look at the Immitracker data, while August and Sept \'99 applicaitons recd. were about 6-7 times the normal volume (which would explain the slow down in date progress), the levels start going back to normal in 10/99. So, the FP notifications should have started going out - not something we\'ve been seeing lately.....

You haven\'t visited lately, have you? There actually have been quite a few FP notices as seen on this board. I remember having seen a particular one for EB2 India ND Oct 27, and EB3 India ND Oct 18 99.
