Folks,
Me and my wife\'s case is approved...
No RFE,
took 2 years and 10 months
on saturday, after our noon nap, i lazily went down to get my mail and we had the approval notices...
couldent believe it, read and reread the notice to confirm

yes,
i couldent believe my eyes reading this notice so I called the AVM so that I could rely on my ears and both said that my case has been approved.
 
Incorrect info

Since your PD is 10/15/1999 it took exactly 2 years and not 2 years and 10 months. Isn\'t it ?
 
Congrats!! Was your I-140 approved for CP?

Apprciate if you could reply.. My ND is before you and the AVM still says Case not found...

Was your I-140 approved for CP ?? Because my I-140 was aproved for CP and I applied AOS so I believe they must have requested the orignal I-140 approval from NSC to process my application which may expalin why my case still says case not found till yesterday...

Could you please let me know if your I-140 was approved for CP or AOS?
 
Congrats....My case has the exact same dates but no approval yet....

Till alst week the AVM did not find my case, but now at least it can find the case. Don;t know if that means anythign though.

For me AVM says case not found!!. Vijay please post significant digits of ur EAC it will help to know.

  Could you please check if your I-140 was approved for CP or AOS? May be for all applicants whose I-140 was approved for CP but who applied for AOS instead the INS must have sent the I-140 approval to NSC and hence the AVM for all those cases still says case not found. I believe it will remain until they get back the approvals from NSC.

my I-140 was approved for CP. I guess i should check with a IIO if VSC has my 140 with them already. I had called some months ago after my FP was complete and the lady told me that my file was complete so i never checked beyond that.

Have you ever checked that .
