Hello VSC/485
Your case is very close to mine. My is Notice Date May 03,2000. RD is first week on Apr-1999. Lets us keep posted all as soon as we get something from VSC. To tell you some thing good, I have heard from one of our friend that one of his close friend got his I-485 from VSC approved having Notice Date is Apr-1999. This is very sweet to hear. Hope we get ours soon.

Strangely enough, the VSC automatic message refers to my ND as my RD. On the 485 receipt the RD is 4/1/99 and ND 4/29/99, but automatic message says "your I-485 application to adjust status to permanent residency was received on 4/29/99 blah, blah, blah...". I am positive that my RD is 4/1/99 because I filed on the first day I was eligible to file - which is 4/1/99; lawyer sent the 485 on 3/31/99 by express next day delivery. Do you have the same problem?
