VSC is so slow

CSC is processing March, April, 2001 cases/ Even TSC is processing jan 2001 cases. NSC is slower than VSC though.
I have also seen most of the cases that are getting approved are EB2. Maybe the reason is during Oct, Nov timeframe, as EB3 dates were far back, most of the cases filed were EB2.
If job is changed after 180 days then can it be in different location or diffrent states? does the case need to be transferred to other service center?

There is a flip side to the coin. Compare how long it takes VSC to process I-140 vs CSC.

Remmebr the freeze VSC had for 140 processing till some time before?
My 140 took 8 months and I know lots of people it has taken more than a year too. That time they were processsing H1s??? and had a freeze on 140 processing.
