VSC is on fire!!!!! 333 cases approved in 3 weeks!

HI Friends,

My EAC no starts with EAC031855.... As per www.ImmigrationWatch.com , I can see thr are few cases starting with same number...thy are approved.....
ON BCIS web site Last Modified Date for my I-140 is 04/15/2004.... I don't wht s going on ? I am confused..... Are thy processing my cases....Or is it in Queue... God knows.....

Congrats. You seem to be the first one who got benefits. Could you post following:

1. Approval date of 140
2. Category
3. PD of LC and state
4. FP notice date
5. FP done on
6. EAD/AP date(s) and details
7. RFEs
8. Was it a LC substitution

Hope you will take out time to address these. Congrats again.

I can't belv it still. They seem to be serious.
 
When did BCIS start..

.. allowing concurrent 140/485 applications. I thought it was only sometime in fall 2003, neversay_die has a concurrent app. with RD of jan 2003. Does that make sense to you folks?

If VSC keeps this optimistic speed, we have the following:

cases approved per week in VSC: 333 / 3 = 111
cases approved per year in VSC: 111 * 52 = 5772
cases approved across all 4 centers per year: 5772 * 4 = 23088
cases currently in the line (including LC): >> 300,000
estimated waiting time until I-140 approval:
300,000 / 23088 = 13 years.
estimated waiting time until I-485 approval:
13 + 2 = 15 years.
