VSC I-485 PD is more than 6 month past ND

VSC is currently processing I-485 for June 2004
My notice date for I-485 is dec 2003. Haven't received any approval yet. Is anyone in the same situation?

My FP was done in Dec 2004
LUD Dec 2004 (based on FP)

If yours is EB3 category, then its retrogated to june 2002.

Folks while we are the subject of PD I have a question.

Is the PD of my Labor considered or that of the I140 ?

How do I know the PD of my case in either case ?

What is the PD that is active in VSC ?

Pd

The PD, I believe is the date you filed your labor. If you dotn require labor then it is the date you filed your 140. If you had a labor sub you can retain the PD of the original labor sub.

The current PD for EB3 I believe is June 2002.
