Current Status:

This case has been approved. On November 15, 2006, an approval notice was mailed. If 30 days have passed and you have not received this notice, you may wish to verify or update your address. To update your address, please speak to an Immigration Information Officer during business hours.

Congratulation what is your FP-2 Code which you gave 10/21/2006

I gave my 2nd FP on 10/20/2006.

And 1st FP was in November, 2004

I'm not sure what you mean by CODE. But on my I-797C, it says "1" below "code".
