Hi,

Yes first we first needed to resubmit biographical info and letter
from the company. The recording has been updated to state that -
"your case has been approved and will be receiving a notification
within 14 days".

When did you recieve RFE? when did INS recieve yr RFE respons?

I am in the same boat... eb2 india VSC filed aug98
rfe recd for biographic data, emplyment letter etc
INS recd respons on may 17

waiting for approval....
