I will be posting weekly stats of 140 and 485 cases which were received on March 22,2004.

Here is the latest update for 140 as of today noon - CDT.

How did u get those numbers. Can u find out the stats for Mar23rd if its not too much hassle for u . If u cant pls let me know how to find out the stats.

If you are interested - contact nemessis. He has tried Anaconda scanner suceessfully. You can also contact Kashmir/Dadagiri (California 485 forum) for scanning. It will be great if we can have one scan expert in VSC too. I can help you with scan on and off. This approach will help in getting case scan of a larger date range and more sensible data mining. Maybe we can get volunteers for it.
 
The only problem with scanning on a mass scale is getting usable proxy addresses. Manually it is very painful to change the proxy after scanning 250 numbers. Consumes too much time.

That was the reason I did scanning of just my RD. I would assume that everything is "on an average" basis and statistics from my sample are good enough for people in / around my date (which is what I am interested in). Of course every sample has a margin of error.

I may not be able to spend the effort now. I am going to india in 2 weeks and do not have the time right now.

I can try for ND of March 23 .. maybe after a month. You can use the scan XLS file and try it for yourself. It takes a little time, but you have to be a little patient.

My I140 ND is Mar 01, 2004. Could some one explain me how to run the status numbers for that date ? I am very very curious to know how the cases are moving for that date as the date approaches near to the USCIS official / published processing date.

2 More cases got approved today

2 more approvals today from this date. So the total number of approvals is now 13 out of 116 with notice date of 22/March/2004.

This rate of approvals is soaring my hopes and I am thinking of scanning every alternate day until my case is approved ... :)

Hi, Could you please explain me how to scan the approvals. My ND : 01 Mar 2004
 
Can you run for Feb'21, 2004

Dazzling can you please run the scanner for Feb'21, 2004. I want to know if USCIS touched any of the Feb'21 cases. That would behelpful to me.

Iam curious about the status of 140 for a specific date, i tried to find out howmany are there and how many got approvals/refs in uscis website, after some time it is showing some message like your ip is blocked to access this website,after 30 mints of usage
will there any problems?

You will have to wait about 48 hours before your IP is removed from the blocked list. Or you should try to get some proxy IPs from the internet and use those to scan. To get all the 140s for a day you will have to scan atleast 4000 cases for that day. Once you have the list, then scanning will be easy as you have to only scan those numbers and they will be in 110-150 range.

19% cases have been approved now with this notice date and another 5% have either a RFE sent out or a RFE received. That means only 75% cases are pending now. This is good .. really good ....
