VSC I-140 / EB1 Waiters !!!!

Are there any I-140 / EB1 waiters as part of this discussion !!

My case is currently pending at the Vermont center and RD is Dec 12, 2000 and ND is Dec 15, 2000.

I would appreciate if you could post your experiences with VSc and the IIO\'s there.

I keeping on calling and the AVM repeats the same message . ."received on ..."

When we finally get thru to an IIO all they say is they are working on Dec 4, 2000.

I have posted my application (EB-1 EA) on 13th june,01 and I have
not received the notice yet. How lone normally it takes to get
the receipt? It is already more than 45 days. Is there any way
to find out what has happened to the application?

Applied on 1/26/01 and waiting

EB1-OR
Mailed I-140 on Jan 26, 01
Lawyer has received notice - I dont know EAC# / ND etc.
Still waiting.

Re- those who applied between April and early July - there were some delays related to 245-i flooding. Notices may come late - see other discussions on this board.
 
Waiting for my I140

Hello,
My name is Rajesh and I am waiting for my I-140 also in the EB-1 OR category. Submitted originals in December. Got an RFE in Late May and re submitted additional evidence in June. They ahev not opened the file I think. The automated answering system talks about the RFE they sent.

My qualifications are
Ms in Chem engg.
Over 5 years of research experience
5 journal publications and 2 patents.
1 significant award
6 letters of recommendation
Company letter and the normal Jazz.

Still waiting............

I would really appreciate it if more people would respond with their statuses.

Are you sure?

If you got an RFE in May for application date of december - that\'s too early for the trend. Only recently (after June/July) they started processing I-140\'s RD/ND greater than October.

Here are two threads for 140\'s - one going at March another at December as of now! How could you get an RFE in May when they were not even processing 140\'s? Kinda confused...
