NVC yet has not received the case and have no idea of the time frames going forward. Please Post info if anybody has any.

No - My attorney has to still let me know about that

BUt I am going the CP way and more than the Approval letter ( which was posted on the 8th April as per the AVM) its all upto the NVC now
what delays they add to the whole thing.

2) Do they update the AVM same day as they approve or it takes a few days?

Sorry for the dealyed answer.
INS are fast these days generally, like mine took 6 weeks I guess. So be optimistic

I called on the 1st of May in my(Mr.kd6809 AD 04/30) and 04/10(for Mrs.kd6809 AD 04/8 April)

2) Do they update the AVM same day as they approve or it takes a few days?
So I guess the INS updates it atleast the next day morning if not the same day. So you can be assured that they do update it promptly.
