VSC has started processing Jan 2002, 485’s. No sign of TSC yet. Is it the case of the tortoise (TSC) beating the hare (VSC)? Perhaps the tortoise is fast asleep thinking that it will never be able to beat the hare.

Are you a '01 filer? Have you tried the macro around your SRC #.
I want to figure out why my case is still pending while while so many '02 cases are approved. If we figure out from the results of macro the basis for approvals it can help a lot of people on this board.

I cannot figure out why my case is still pending. My lawyers are playing the waiting game. I am running out of patience.
We have never had any trouble in getting approved for any status with INS before.
