VSC H1 extension/transfer tracker

My Friend got her H1 - H1 transfer

the details are given below.

Mail Date March 01
Recieve Date March 4rd
Notice Date March 6th
Approved Date June 19th

It took around 100 days

So VSC is actually processing applications recieved in March

My case - H1 transfer got approved on June 20th as per AVM. My ND is March 11 2002.

H1B VSC status

MY RD IS march 19 and ND is march 23. I am still waiting and not heard anything from VSC. I am very concerned as my EAD expires on 7/31. Have any of your friends got any approvals from VSC on or around this date. Any comments will be very useful

As seen from the tracker of this website four March cases are approved , where as my RD is 02/25/02 and some other H1-H1 cases of same date are still pending. When I contacted INS , they told me that they are processing cases past my date i.e 02/25/02 and that my case is in transit (iam not sure what they mean by transit).

Would you please post the current processing date if you have the one from the lady at VSC? My application went to VSC March 23rd and am anxious when it is going to be done.

She did not give me the date, but if you search the Visa Tracker of this site , you will find that some march 1st week cases were cleared.

immigration-law.com states that VSC processing mail room times is 07/10/2002.

Any more updates on H1 extension or transfer?

VSC:H1-H1 approved in 5 months

Details:

Receipt Date 2/15/02
Notice Date 2/25/02
Approval Date 7/25/02 (heard yesterday on phone)

My wife's H4 transfer too is approved.

It took FIVE months at VSC for the case to be approved.

Thank God.
