Received FP notice from VSC yesterday. EB2, RIR, PD 4/98, RD 8/10/99, ND 8/30/99. Date on the notice is 6/24/00. Required to get FP done after 7/25/00.

Are FP notoces going out according to PDs? Maybe thats why some July 99 and Aug 99 NDs have not yet received the FP notice.

Also for the folks with July and Aug 99 NDs who have not received the FP notice, are you folks married.

Just trying to find a pattern...if there is one.... HA!!

Called the VSC automated number. Just says that my app was received and that it takes 90 to 180 days to process, which is bologne as its already past 180 days.
