VSC Expedite Request experience

I earlier called the VSC the gentleman that I got was very nice but don't want to share any info about my case suggested that i should initiate the expedite request and gave me the fax # to do that.I did write a request and faxed it to the VSC.He said that the center will response with in 48 hrs.
Can you guys share your experience with the expedite requests.Did any body we know have recieved any meaning ful response from it sofar?

sent the expedite request fax on 04/08/05 no response till now.

140 /1-485 Rd 04/11/03
I-140 : ad 03/04.
fP1 done : 2/15/04.
I-485 LUD : 10/10/04.
I-485 Status inquiry on 11/22/04 asked me to wait 120 days pending service consideration. Nothing happend till now
Fbi got back a response saying that name check completed on 05/07/03.
I-485 approved date ???????

ramaraovr,

give it a few days, they take their time to respond but are not that bad. I faxed on 03/28, got a letter in mail on 04/04 dated 03/30.
let me know what message do you get. I got "Your case is being reviewed ". Also note for any LUD changes.

Let me know what response you get from them. I will update my status as well
 
I also faxed expedite request on 04/07. So far no reply.

I am thinking to call VSC, I don't know whether they will tell it is accepted or denied. Any idea?
