VSC: EB3/India with PD around Dec 98 ... any FPs or approvals??

Hello

We are seeing a lot of approvals and FP notices being sent by VSC.
However I am trying find out about those of us who applied for Adjustment of Status when priority dates became current. Have there been any approvals or have FP notices been sent?

For a petition to be approved, the PD should be current (of that applicant) should be "current" at the time of approval. If it is not current, the petition will not be approved, it will be kept "pending".

PD=10/98, ND=10/04/99, EB3, India, VSC ... FP not yet done!! What could be the reason. I have seen lot of messages here that PD in November98, ND is December99 and FP done!!!! Why my case is stuck?? Anyone has any clue???????

What do you mean by "waiting for PD". Did you receive letter from INS saying I-485 processing is complte and waiting for PD to become current?
